  MULTILAYER PCBS DRILLING REGISTRATION SYSTEM

Neurocam is a LOW COST system that can detect the misregistration between inner-layers and drilling position while the cnc machine is drilling a small test-coupon.
It is  a REAL-TIME solution alternative to the expensive X-ray machines and it will be a future improvement on ml-pcbs building process. Statistical data are often not available for new lay-up pcbs, so it 's not possible to correct the films of the innerlayers and a real-time solution is needed.
 
 

The only hardware required is a simple probe connected to a personal computer but the mind is the software based on sophisticated neural networks algorithms. After the fast drilling of the four test-coupons you can see "VIRTUAL HOLE-CROSSING SECTIONS" on the Pc monitor

And now the algorithm corrects the coordinates of the drilling file in order to match optimally the layers
